Yes, they update weekly and this time it is showing in calendar days instead of business days as it was earlier

Only renewals :( that means after 5 years if you did not get passports you will renew PR card, that can be fast tracked

Only renewals that means after 5 years if you did not get passports you will renew PR card, that can be fast tracked

No it does not mention renewals any where ... I guess its applies for new applicants also

There is no expedited processing for the initial PR card after landing.
