My MP told me my application is stuck in background check and CIC might make decision in a few months. What do a few months mean? 1-2 months or longer?

Being Jan 2014 applicant, I think you will get MR very soon, I highly recommend you do Upfront Medical, It saves you so much time, as well as pay RPRF.

Yes. I already completed ME in Jan of 2015. And my eligibility and medical passed as well. I paid rprf upfront.
