ITA: March 27 (FSW, score 454)
Application submitted & AOR: May 15
Medical Passed & BG Check in Progress: May 28
Document 1 (Passport) request: Jun 2 --- Submitted Jun 2
Document 2 (RCMP) request: Jun 8 --- Submitted Jun 18

ECAS (Application Received)
1, We received your application for permanent residence on May 16, 2015.
2, We started processing your application on May 16, 2015.
3, Medical results have been received.

Hopefully you will get PR before you need to apply for BOWP. I've noticed CIC is requesting ppr from May 1st - 5th (CEC) in the last day or two. Good luck!

Asked this about 2 weeks ago but received one response. Good to see this thread is more active.

All of you answering need to add their timeline to their profile. Responding with one or two dates is useless to most people. Your timeline is essential when discussing this.

Are you sure only 7 days? I remember that normally the request letter allows 60 days to submit. My RCMP takes me 10 days.

they gave you 60 days. there is no way they can ask 7 days. check again. mine took 11 days to get in mail but wife she got her in 7 days. we did fingerprints same day same time. something wrong with Canada post coz they post letter at same day from Ottawa. but still i got 60 days to submit not 7 days.

Any idea how long it would take to get a RCMP ?
I submitted my fingerprints almost 7 business days ago, online it says it takes only about 3 business days.

I got my fingerprints taken and e-submitted Fri Jul 31. RCMP mailed it to me on Tue Aug 4 and I received it Fri Aug 7. So it took 7 days total for me and they process on a first come first serve basis. I would guess within 10 days from when you submit your fingerprints unless you live in a rural area. Yours should show up any day but I have seen people wait for 4 weeks.

Please can this RCMP be done upfront? so that when it is requested....one can just upload it.

The only problem is that I am not up to six month in Canada but my spouse is.
