Hello all,

I am a PNP applicant with AOR - Oct 27 2016. Medicals passed on Nov 15 2016. I was asked additional doc on Jan 30 2017, which I provided on Feb 4, 2017.

I noticed that the BGC went into progress on Feb 20, 2017. That is a national holiday in Canada, Family day, so am guessing it went into progress maybe a day or two before.

I want to know how long does it take usually for most of the applicants nowadays to hear the good news (PPR) from the time BGC goes into progress?

Thanks.

You are under which visa office ?

I am guessing Ottawa. I tried calling IRCC to find out, no luck. Have just ordered the GCMS notes.

Oh ok. Thanks for your kind words.
No worries Kisherse....................it will come soon

Mine has been in progress 7 weeks today, and I got a schedule A request at lunch time today.

It's a horrible wait, especially when you see others getting PPR days after; you automatically assume there is something wrong.

I am sure you will sail through though. It def a good sign!

Wow, 7 weeks!? Mine has been in IP only a week now, guess I have a long wait.

Most of the PNP applicants that are applying from the US are getting their PPR in about 4 months from AOR. I will hit that mark on Feb 27, so for me its going to be longer than 4 months.

Your BGC has gone from IP to NN, which is good, which means it will get to IP soon and then its PPR. You are close!

Thanks, I hope I make it too!

I see some other PNPs with background check in progress for the second time for over a month. I'm not holding my breath!

I did go from IP to NN two days ago, but my additional doc is still 'provided' so they haven't looked at it yet.

I was asked addl doc on Jan 30 and I submitted it on Feb 4. Since then it has been in 'provided' status. BGC went into IP from Feb 20. Its still in IP.

Hello. Guys, I got ita on 02 August under FSWO. They asked me to pay rprf 28 August. The BGC went from ip to nn to ip about 20 sep and they asked for additional document on 28 sep. I uploaded it 29 sep and status changed to additional documents are being reviewed on 06 October. Presently BGC is ip and documents are being reviewed. Any ideas how many days till ppr? Thanks

I did my Medical on 13 November, 2017 and Medical was successful. My panel physician told me that she mailed my medical on November 21, 2017. Mt question is how long do I have to wait for PPR?

Thanks.
