How long does it take to get letter to request my wife passport from Singapore

Good day
I have been waiting for my wife to come to Canada for a while. She is in US but she is Thai . We have to apply through Singapore. To make a long story short, I now finally submited her FBI clearance to Singapore office . They got verything and I paid for landing fee/application fee/doctor medical check is done. Question , How long is it going to take unitl we will get some letter to request her passport to be sent to Singapore??

-If she is a USA citizen, she can easily visit you in Canada during the waiting period.
