I really don't know bro logged in at 2:46 and got the passport request letter and the biometrics correspondence letter along with final decision saying your application was approved

Maybe they are stuck in some document or maybe you weren't able to explain yourself in SOP so they have kept it in hold for a bit. My whole SOP was written by 3 of their staffs in idp so it was almost perfect
