How long does it take to get a study visa under SDS

This is my timeline:
Offline - General

Medical on 11th March
Biometrics on 20th March
Application reached Bangalore IRCC on 21st March
Application linked on 28th March
Medical Oass on the CIC page on April 4

No update since then.
No Biometrics letter.

Hello guys I applied offline under sds on 28th of march and I got refusal yesterday by mentioning following reasons. Could anyone help me to analyse this reason.

7) EXPERIENCE ( 18 MONTHS) AS A WEB DEVELOPER

I agree. I have only gotten the medical update till now, online SDS Visa though. They are delaying a lot. I wonder if it’s because of the elections and multiple holidays in April.

Bro, you got an email stating that you were approved, or you checked your cic account where the message Approved has been displayed, Also can you please tell the time at which you have seen the update?

I got an email from CIC that you have new message in your account on 17 April at 12:15 am then my agent says it approved.

Thanks. I’ll submit my passport to VFS office with submission request letter today. My friend who got an online general visa last year told me he got his student acknowledgement letter after submission of passport so it can come anytime.
