I also applied for University of Windsor & applied on 29th July-19.
Medical got updated on 14th Aug than no update.

I think there is a problem in canada ambasy in india as my profile goes like this
9 july file submission
13 july bio
30 july medical and bio passed
Still there is no reply till date.

Bio on july 2
Medical passed on 10 th jul
And frm then its its under background verification.its been 50 days
