How long does it take to get a study visa under SDS

Y SDS is taking this much time. Didn't they mention 20 days processing time. They did not ask police clearance certificate But they were doing the background check since many days.
I thought Canada visa takes less processing time than USA. But wts up with these guys?

I have applied on 30th july, biometrics confirmation on 2nd August, medical passed on 20th august, since then no reply. I have applied for George Brown College, IELTS 7.5. Dont know why it is taking so long

Just got the Visa approved, Applied on 30th July, Biometrics - 2nd August, Medical- 20th August, Visa Confirmation -30th 12:35 AM. I applied online SDS. I hope you guys get your visa soon. best of luck. They have increased the processing time to 4 weeks now.

I dnt believe its 4 weeks bcoz it tooks more for my application.Its 59 th day since i applied for my study permit.I applied on 28 jun , biometrics on 2 jul ,medics passed on 10 jul but still no visa
