How long does it take to get a study visa under SDS

I applied on 8th of feb online. Still waiting for visa and classes are going to start on 5th of may.

why is your application is taking such long time?? sds or general???

No updates.
It’s surprising to see a lot of people here are still waiting for more than 2 weeks and CIC is reducing processing time.

I am guessing next week will be busy for people on this thread. There will be updates.

I am going for conestoga may 6 college starts and i dropped for visa on 28 march and waiting for some kinda of response.

Can you share what the correspondence letter looks like? I was only sent a biometrics collection letter and the Biometrics Number was updated on my account same day of submission.
There has been no communication since then.. only medical was marked as passed .. hope the decision gets processed soon.

it is an online SDS application applied on 19th March.
Bio collection letter- 20th March
Bio Submission, update in account - 21st March
Medical Passed - 6th April

I have linked my offline application to CIC just now.It just says date of Bio metrics enrollment on march 28.I have got no correspondence letter

I just got an email with the application number and the uci number which I can use to link my offline account to online and I successfully linked it...the status shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"..how about yours

I applied SDS March 26th offline and gave biometric on the same day and submitted the passport for September intake..the uci number mail came jus now
