How long does it take for Visa approval after passing medical examination

I have applied for dependent visa for my family basis my student visa. It has been a long wait. Now the status has changed to "You passed the medical exam".

Also, I have a hypothesis that all the visa approvals are done on Friday basis information from other approvals. Is it true?
