How long does it take for ECA?

Hi,

I am preparing my application for Information systems analysts and consultants (NOC 2171) - EE profile. I am a MBBS doctor from India with a Masters in Health Informatics from Canada. I have sent my documents to WES for ECA. Any idea how long does it take for ECA to be completed?

Also, are IELTS marks L(9.0), S(8.0), W(7.0) and R (8.5) okay to apply?

After your complete set of documents reach WES, it would take 2-3 weeks. Mine came in 2 weeks.

You have a good IELTS score, you can apply but would need ECA done before that.

It shows under processing until completed, when the complete documents have been received by them.

Mine took 10 calendar days. I think it all depends on the country issuing the diploma.
