How long does CRA take in sending an Option C printout to the UK?

Hi all,
we are so near to sending our application but I need to get an original Option C printout from CRA: I will have to call them tomorrow and request it but does anyone know how long it can take to get to the UK?

usually within Canada it can take 2 weeks to receive it. They mail it within 1-2 days after calling.

But it comes as a regular mail, I'm guessing 2-3 weeks would be enough. Perhaps you could ask them to email it too? Do they actually mail to outside Canada ?

Before calling, have your last tax return/assessment on hand, as they will ask questions about it to verify applicant. If they ask for reason, say its for immigration

Thank you - if CIC want the original then they'll have to post it, an email version would not suffice I don't think.

Please keep in mind they send it by regular mail, so I imagine it will be same when going overseas. I don't know how reliable that is... if it gets lost in transit, no way to track it.

Do you have any friends in Canada, whose address you could use as a "care of"? This way, it goes to them and they in turn send it to you by FedEX or DHL with a tracking #?
