Hi everyone,
I am about to land in Canada today, and I know once I do that the PR Card will be activated and be in process. BUT, I have to leave for the Philippines for a month in December 2nd. I want to know how long did or does a PR card take before I can have it on hand/ at the address I will provide them? I have about a 5 weeks left...
(I want to make a decision if I should land now or just land when I come back from the Philippines.)
