I got AOR today. It took 3 weeks for me.

My timeline is
Feb 16 - Submitted EE profile
Feb 20 - ITA
Mar 09 - Medical done
Mar 19 - Submitted PR application
Apr 09 - eCAS activated
Apr 10 - AOR (Letter dated Apr 11)

I agree with Britanno-Columbien, medical might be the reason for the delay, at least in my case. I found out early this week that my doctor haven't submitted my medial report because she was waiting for "specialist opinion" about my stomach issue. I visited her office on Wednesday and asked her to send the report right away to CIC. Next day, my eCAS was activated, and received AOR today.

My application status was "Invitation Received" until yesterday. Now it's "Open".

No. I only got an email "You have a new message(s) in your MyCIC account" which was AOR.

I don't think medical is the reason for the delay. I submitted my application last week, got Medical In Progress on MyCIC 3 days ago, and today it changed into Medical passed, but I am still waiting for my AOR.

On the other thread someone submitted an application today and got AOR instantly.

Is anyone still waiting for their AOR?

Yes, I'm still waiting for the actual AOR.
Immediately after submitting my profile there was a message, the confirmation and that's the only message I received up to now.
I'm still waiting for AOR, although the status of my application is open and visible in ECAS.
But nothing more, no medicals or anything else

After 2 weeks of waiting I finally received AOR today. I think they forgot to put any details on top of the page of AOR because it doesn't give any date, name or application number ??? ;D

Congrats! finally.
That happened to me as well when I tried to open the pdf in my browser. Try downloading it to your computer then it should have all your details.
