How long can you stay outside of Canda on PR?

Hello all,

Once you get the PR in Canada, how long can you stay outside of Canada so that the PR is still valid. According to the website, one needs to stay 730 days out of 5 years. But does it have to be 730 days without any break or just that many days within 5 years span?

Please let me know if you have any information about this.
