How long between DM and COPR letter usually?

Just curious... how long does it usually take to get the official COPR letter after the status is updated to DM (Decision made)? Of course, it takes longer to receive a letter if your address is very far from Canada, but I am just trying to get a feel for it.

Out of the Sydney, Australia office, we got DM on Mar 6. Today is Mar 24 (18 days later) and nothing yet.

PS all dates are in Australian time.

COPR issued: 8 Apr 2014
DM: 12 Apr 2014
COPR received by my wife: 16 May 2014

if you're interested to know the "trends" for ottawa, then you will want to look at the spreadsheet, which is the blue link in my signature. keep in mind, ottawa has slowed down a bit, so the time frames have gotten a bit longer. it's best to look at the most recent approvals and work backwards to see what the potential is for when ottawa speeds up again.

I have made this impression that it usually takes people around a month regardless of what the VO is.
