Dear friends,
I Have already sponsored my wife and she is in Canada as a visitor now. I have already applied for an open work permit in Jan 2024 and no response yet. She has received the medical request but she is not able to go for an x-ray as she is pregnant now. She will be completing 6 months stay in Canada by next month 27th. What should I do now to maintain her immigration status?
Should I apply for a visit visa extension now? if so, how long before should I apply like 30 days before?
Is anyone here had a similar situation before?
