mine also states Eligibility completed, it means that part of process is completed and they are no more working on it.

So it means either they are not meet eligibility requiremente or have passed the eligibility requirements?
looks like it means we passed it, same like medical we passed it and shows as completed.
My agency havent told me abt bvl, so i guess i still havent received bvl. How about yours?
Yeah that’s what I think too because if eligibility is not passed then they won’t even go to the next stage which is background check. They’ll just give refusual
I see because someone told me even it is a refused application, it will still appears completed
I got BVL on 31st March. This is not my first application so probably why mine came early
