I'm about to submit my EE application.
I am confused as to which province to apply. Now I think I wanna go to British Columbia. But it might well be that when I receive the residence permit I decide to move to another one, for example to Ontario or Quebec.
How is it strict to stick to the province you choose in the beginning?
