HOW IS IT Posssible to apply for more than 3 NOC at a time?

I have 2 years of experience in Public Relations.
My field of study in Bachelor and Masters was Management. I have PGD in HRM.
I do not particularly have job experience of HR. My functions as PR officer only matched with
HR functions to some extent.

Can I simultaneously apply for NOC of Human Resource Manager and Advt/Public relations with PR experience?

If yes, Please let me know the process of applying in more than 1 NOC.

When you apply for FSW you must pick a primary NOC to apply under. You can't apply under multiple NOCs.
