Hello po.. Pwede po ba na hindi ko na lang lagyan ng english translation ang mga chat conver. Namin? Namen. ;D ;D

Hi,

Wow, I was impressed the first time I saw this post. And I have been using it as the gold standard I wish to achieve for our upcoming application. We are getting nervous about doing everything just right. I have an unusual question for anyone that cares to answer: We have too many e-mails! Over 1000 e-mails in the past year and a half (one each per day) - usually 1/2 to 1 page each. I have them all printed (original and English translation from Chinese when need be). The e-mails and SKYPE records themselves are about 6" thick of paper (printed double sided!). Should I really send them all? It seems a little crazy - who would read them all ? I am thinking perhaps to send a printout of the e-mails to/from/date/subject line and then maybe a select few (100, 200, 300?). Does this seem like a good idea?

Photos are fewer - have hundreds but only about 70 selected good people ones showing me and my wife together during various trips, with her family, and our honeymoon where my two young kids came and met my wife's family also. I am busy enough with my full-time job and the kids and just have the photos loose, but organized in chronological order in envelopes (according to my visits) and they are labelled.

Another question, I see paper clips were used to organize. I read somewhere else to not use them. Which is the right thing to do?
I like the table of contents idea and colour coding tabs to help organize.

Best of luck!

The last I heard, clips are okay but staples are not.

I would not send all of that email-- the more you send, the more they have to read before they can make a decision. I would send them the list of email to show frequency of contact, and then pull out several (I'd say more like 2 to 10 per year of relationship-- more if the relationship is short, less if it's been a long time) to show with translations where needed. If there's anything about your relationship that might be a red flag, then offer more proof. If someone going through the same VO as you offers different advice, take theirs (I'm a US citizen going through Ottawa now that Buffalo is closed).

I used staples and it was fine.

Hi, don't worry, its all overwhelming at first but u'll be able to do it! :)
as for the emails, yep dont submit everything, choose a sample spread over the course of your relationship , or you may also submit a screen shot of your inbox. :)

as for staples, i know i've read somewhere in the guide that says dont staple the forms but some also submitted with staples but they were fine. check your guides again just to be sure :)

good luck in putting together your app, u'll be fine! just stick around here at the forum and ask questions, read around, and u'll get thru it just fine :)

pelipeli hubby soon come!! ya mon!! ;D
my sweetness has been home going on 2 months and it's wonderful!! Life is good, God is GREAT!
One Love
