Hi,
i am new to this forum and planning to submit Express entry profile by ed of this month.i have a concern with Foreign experience calculation and i was unable to find a accurate answer even after a lot of research. hope anyone will spare some time to solve this.

my work experience is as follows
02/06/2008-28/05/2009-11 months and 27 days (NOC 7232)
29/03/2010-02/03/2012-23 months and 3 days (NOC 7232)
05/01/2015-09/10/2015-9 months and 5 days (NOC 2132)
20/11/2015-28/03/2017-16 months and 9 days (NOC 2132)

total experience=60 Months and 14 days= 5years,14 days
1) can i take "4-5 years" category to get 13 points in experience category to meet 67 points?
2) i know, for experience of 3+years is having same points in CRS score calculation but is there any chance that i will get rejected since experience falls under two separate NOC.
3) my consultancy has made a statement that, while filling the express entry profile the system will not accept in months, only as multiples of years and so i will get only 12 months for my 2nd company were i worked for 23 months.i didn't understand this and i felt it is irrelevant. kindly guide me if there is any rules of such kind.

For CRS scores, you will have 5 years of work ex.

For FSW Score (67/100), you will have 2 years in either NOC 7232 or NOC 2132 depending on which NOC you choose as your primary.

As far as the statement from the consultancy is concerned, they should know that your total work experience will be considered. So those 23 months will contribute to the total time. May be you should rethink about hiring those consultants.

Hey Maverick,
Thanks for your detailed replay. :) so you mean for FSW score, i cannot combine these experience to achieve 67 points? can you guess how much i will get for experience category out of 15 points.
1 year= 9points
2-3 years= 11points
4-5 years= 13points
This may be a common question in this forum, so if you remember any previous discussions on same topic -please post the link and this might save your effort.
last but not least,i have already paid for the consultancy so i have no other option. :(
