How does working in a different skilled level affect future PR?

Hi,
Is it ok to have 1 year skilled Canadian job experience in a field that is different from what you studied in university in Canada? For example, instead of skill A (based on my field of study), I work in a skill B job. What effect may this have on my future PR application?
