I see they updated on the site a couple days ago and it says “fair” for where it says “chance of receiving an invitation for the next round.” And it changed to 194 instead of 174 for the invitation. Does that mean I have a fair chance of winning? I’m confused because last time it said “very low chance”

It means they only handed out 20 invites last week. That's 20 invites out of a pool of 2400+ people. That's a 0.01% chance of being invited if they only invite 20 people every week. Considering that the quota is 6500 and there are only 2400+ people in the pool though, there's a good chance you'll get an invite at some point but it'll probably be later in the year when the pools are about to close.

Does that mean that they’re currently sending out the invitation to those people who applied for the invitation back in Nov?
No. Pools opened slightly before then and they sent out their first few invites during that week. Those dates don't tell us anything other than when they first started sending invites out. Invites are sent out every monday Canada time. For Japan, I'd check your email on tuesdays for any notices.
If I turn 31 in June and if I don’t get an invite by then, I wouldn’t qualify anymore?
I see the results keep changing every week. It used to be around 2 thousand candidates in the pool and invitations used to be different amount but now it says 1094. Why does this keep changing every week and how would I know the chance for my turn? I’m so confused.
