how do you get a request for Medical?

Hi,

Wanted to know from people how already get MR (especially those who applied to buffalo NY), how do you get MR?
by mail or by email or both?
do they update your ecas info so you know that they send you something, my self I have RVBO until know, when they will send me MR, will they update my ecas, send me an email, or just notification by regular mail

i guess now it happens through e-mail that you had given when u filed the application. one of my frnds received it thru email... but before that it used to happen thru postal mail.. e-cas statuses are unreliable....
