How Do You Calculate Application Time Lines

Hello All,

Please how do you calculate the Application Time Lines. Is it from the time you sent your application package or from the time they received it at the CHC.

Point in case, I submitted on Thurday 6th July, I tracked the packaged I sent on Royal mail’s website and it was signed recieved on Friday 8th July, i checked agained and saw it was signed received on Monday 11th July.

If I want to calculate the time line, which of this dates do I use?
