How do withdraw application

Hei,

Anybody please suggest me how to withdraw my application which i have forwarded directly to central intake unit;Nova Scotia from India. I have tried to send an letter & e-mailed the same. But no response they didn't even en cashed the application fee also till date.

Please suggest!!

you can send a follow-up letter (courier it, so that you know that it was delivered)...
