how do we get notified for medicals?

how do NDVO send medical requests? for individuals, for those who have consultants...
how do they send medical requests?, through post, courier, email etc?
please share your views, and those who received medicals already please share your experiences..

according to the current trend, NDVO sends MR by e-mail. if you hired a consultant, then he will get the e-mail.
not heard anyone getting MR by postal mail lately.

I think you mean they notify by email that they sent medical forms.
I have never heard that medical forms can be sent by email.
However, I think based on that notification MD make medical forms himself/herself.

no buddy, one of my friend recently got medical forms and documents request from NDVO by e-mail.
they send medical forms in pdf format, which is fillable online and then u take its print-out.

they send medical request on that option which you select .......if you did not give your e-mail id then it will be by post because e-mail id is not compulsory.
