How do I sponsor my gf who is a single mom,any help

Hi everyone,I am Karan ,I am going to India in summer to marry my gf who is a single parent of three year old kid.i would be glad if anyone has gone through same experience.please suggest what documents do I need to sponsor my gf and her son to Canada.

You gf's son is your spouse's dependent child of category A, who will accompany her to Canada

You will just need the documents of her son which you should have had if he was your son too.

Valid Passport copies
Medical
Birth Certificate( With true translation, if not in English)
9 recent photos( of standard size available in guide)
Custody papers from his biological father and authority given to mother to take him outside India

If his biological father is alive or not alive make sure no one else claims the custody of child

One more question::::in my girl friend's son birthcertificate, they have missed out the surname of my girl friend which is actually present in her passport,so what do I do,will affidavit solve the matter,the person is actually one
