My husband lives in France and needs to mail his completed criminal rehabilitation application. He cannot do it through regular mail. He is a french citizen but does not speak French so the UPS and Fedex customer service there has been zero help to him. We do not know what the French consulate requires, we do not know how to navigate the postal system to get them what they require in the first place. Please help.
