How do I know If my interview has been waived ? please answer :)

I applied as a federal skilled worker in Dec 30th 2009.I received an e-mail telling me to do the medical examination and to send police certificates for me and my family . there hasn't been any mention of an interview, it only said "additional information, additional medical examination or an interview could be required" . Has my interview been waived ?

Nice So How long will it take them to process my medical and ask for the passports (hopefully) ? And How long until they send them back ?
