Hey guys,
So I have 2 employers who have entered a co-employment agreement. One is an American company and one is a Canadian company. The Canadian company handles the payroll and benefits, they pay me in CAD and deduct taxes.
The US company handles my day-to-day responsibilities and my actual work is performed for them. My contract was signed with them. I'm permanently working remotely from Toronto. I'm on a PGWP.
For CEC, what's the best way to approach my work experience documentation? I imagine I'll need reference letters from both employers? Only the U.S one can sign off on my duties and responsibilities.
Thanks, appreciate any help you can provide!
