How do I find out which Visa office is processing my visa application?

Hi,

Just curious, I see some of the applicants were able to find out which Visa office is processing their visa. How can I find that out?

Another, trivial but annoying thing that happens to me. Every time I try to login, I have to login 3 to 4 times and then it lets me in. Not that I punch in wrong credentials, just that when I punch the credentials in first, it signs in but then takes me back to the sign in again. Does this for 3 times or more and then asks for the security question and then lets me in. Was wondering if it just happens with me.

They completely blew me off lol told me to limit my communication with that email even though it was my only one. I laughed so hard

Do you know what's the difference with send a request via web form pls? Will they extend processing time if we a email to that mail address? Thanks.
