I met my husband on Plentyof fish.com We had both just gotten out of previous relationships so we started out just as friends. We talked through Skype without cameras daily for 2 months before we met in person. Since we were just friends neither of us cared if the relationship ended once we met in person and we also told things as we saw them, both totally not afraid to lose anything. After 2 months we decided we needed to meet in person to see if there might be sparks because if not we thought yes we would stay friends but we needed to spend less time on the friendship so we could pursue others. Our first meeting went very well and for the next more than 2 1/2 years we talked daily and spent time together as often as we could afford to visit, usually for a week at a time sometimes longer. We married almost 3 years after we originally met online. We are coming up on our 3rd anniversary this November.
