How could create Express Entry for NOC C 3413?

Received ITA from PNP for the NOC C 3413 (personal care attendant) and asked me to create Express Entry profile. As the express entry profile is only for NOC 0, A and B how can I create it for NOC C? Please let me know if there is any way around. Is it possible to create express entry with NOC B 3233 (licensed practical nurse), instead of 3413?

What province? You can’t create an EE profile with a NOC C. If you select NOC 3233 your employment letters and work experience must match the NOC.

I think it's possible to create with skill trades, maybe I missed something while checking via eligibility tool. With Canadian education and a year of experience in skill trades, the tool says the profile is eligible for express entry. Maybe I'm completely wrong

I have called out a few people who are clearly consultants. OP gave NOC 3413 which is PSW.

do we have some one who received any reply from Newfoundland and Labrador after the submission of application
