How compressed must final file be for PR application?

My file original size is 21Mb, but aft reducing it became 1Mb. The details are still legible except that when you zoom in close up you see that it's slightly pixelated (but able to see the information still)

Is this OK?

You need to follow the instructions for your personalized document checklist. Better to upload all pertinent supporting information now, than for it to be requested later and delay your application.
