What should I do to access to asylum as yemeni person still living in Yemen ?

You can't apply from Yemen. You really have two options. The first is to obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada and then claim refugee status when you arrive in Canada. The second option is to leave Yemen and move to a different country. Once you're there, be formally identified as a refugee by UNHCR or a similar referral organization.
