how can we differentiate

Dear All,

I am interested to immigrate Saskatchewan. Could anyone please explain the difference between the following two.

• International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand
  International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry

if these are categories then what are the sub-categories?

Express entry is, well, express entry

They have different eligibility, and 6 months process time vs. 16 months in CIC stage
