How can I send personal message to other members in the forum?

Please forgive my question that is not directly related to immigration issues.

I would like to send a personal message to a member on the forum to ask some specific questions on work permit but there is not such option. I am wondering if this is due to the fact that I am new to the forum?

It's a very complicated scenario and my anxiety level is already very high. That is the reason why I would like to privately message members, who have answered a great deal of questions on this forum, for their opinion and advice.
