Can someone please help me out with the issue of status restoration?
Here is the story:
I am an international student and my family (my wife and my son) are living with me. I came as a masters student and my family joined me one year later as a visitor, which was issued for 6 months. My wife's status was changed to a worker, and she is working now but, my son's status remain unchanged. So, I need to restore his status through online system. I have got two questions here:
1. Can I restore his status to a worker? he is only 1.5 year old. I just started to apply for restoration to visitor and the stack on the following question.
2. So, in the application from (IMM5708), page 3, under "Details of visit to Canada", Question 3, Part (a), asks to indicate the amount of fund for my son. FYI, I have fund for four years
to continue my PhD but, I don't know the amount needed for my son.
