How can I get the refusal letter?

I am applying under PNP and I had applied under FSW and got refused, and now PNP asking me to send them the refusal letter and I lost it.

I submitted my FSW file to London, UK offices.

Is it possible to get the refusal letter??? and How ?

FSW for which program? 2011/2012/2013? Have you sent your documents to CIO first ?
