How can i find PR card processing status while I am in USA

Can anyone please help me to know how i can find my PR card status as landed in canada and came back to USA with family. I gave my friends address for the cards where i received mine and my kids card but my wife's card is awaited
Please let me know if I can write to any email id or fax to any number to find the status.
The call center number can not be dialed from USA

The number to call from USA is 613-944-4000 and the option to speak to an immigration agent is 1 2 1 1 0. Good Luck
