How can i do WES for diploma and Degree? ( Bachelor's of Engineering)

Hi,

I have a Diploma of 3 years in Computer Tech. Also, I have finished a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers ( 3 years, since a Diploma Student ). How can we do WES for both?
Furthermore, do i have to select 'Different stream and Different college' option while uploading my mark sheets to the Mumbai University website?
