How Can I Chose the right Office for Immigration processing?

I am Lao and currently working in Toronto, Canada. Now I want to apply to be PR in Canada as Experience class and I have to fill out the form IMM0008 generic
Page 1 question 4. Immigration Office requested for Processing this Application
I feel confusing about this question... most south east asian have to submit application to Singapore , but Now I am working in Canada 2 and haft years. So which office I have to write dow exactly for processing application.
