Hi all,
I am a newbie in this forum and wish I can get some answers in here.

I summited my application on May 07, 09 and got my file number on May 12, 09.

Can anyone tell me where can I check for my application status?

Also how can I know who is reviewing my case(the officer's name) if I want to contact him/her regarding my application?

Thank you very much and good luck to everybody. The immigration road is not easy...

you are so lucky you got file number in just 1 week. I am not sure but what is the regular time ?

Sorry but i did not answer your question

The total processing time for BC (British Columbia) PNP is normally 5-8 weeks, but a job offer is requred in the application.

On the other hand, AINP (Alberta) does not require job offer, so there are a large number of applicants and the processing time of some AINP program is longer (for example, H1-B holder category). However, AINP also states that "Applicants under the U.S. Visa Holder Category who have an Alberta job offer in their field at the time of application to the AINP will receive priority processing."

Thank you for all your answers~ Every little hint for me would be a great help.
Wish BC GUY will see my post~

I called the general call centre today and ask for my case process. Too bad that the lady said she cannot tell me anything because I just hand in my application...

I tried to ask for the name of my case advisor, the call centre lady said she cannot let me know.

The reason why I want to ask for the advisor's name is because someone from the BC PNP office called my company on May 15, 09 and asked to speak to my manager. (my manger helped me to prepare all the necessary documents) However, my manager was having a conference in another city. Instead, the advisor talked to my supervisor who doesn't even know what BC PNP is...

I am a little worry now... Not sure how things are going...

Is there any other way that I can get more information???

Thanks
