I don't understand how you can only have 1100 hours if you have 11 months of full time work. The math on that doesn't make sense.
To answer your question, no, you can't get the rest of the hours in just two months. You are missing 460 hours of work right now. You can count up to a maximum of 30 hours per week. You need to work approximately 16 more weeks full time.
