I need help and would greatly appreciate it if someone could answer my question! I worked full-time 35 hours/week for 11 months as an Appraiser (NOC "B" - 1314). Before that i worked part-time 15 hours/week for 3 months as a Web Designer (NOC "A" - 2175). I am unsure if having 2 different NOC codes will count and if my experience will be considered at least for 1 year of Canadian work experience under the CEC program???

LOL, your concerns are addressed here -

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/economic-classes/experience/qualifying-work-experience.html

"Work experience need not be continuous under the CEC."

"Applicants must have at least 12 months of full-time, Canadian skilled work experience (or the equivalent in part-time work experience) in one or more NOC 0, A or B occupations within the 36 months before the date of application receipt [R87.1(2)(a)]."

You should be fine as long as your months are FULL months (not partial months). What you really need is the equivalent of 52 weeks.
