We run a mae licensed office in India.
We got appointment letter for one of the candidate who is in india.
Online interview everything felt real but When we got offer letter.
We verified with a local over there if the address is real.
The address is residential building and google business has no review and whole thing is fake.

The address given (86 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L5A 1W4) is a residential condominium building (Artform Condos / similar high-rise apartments). Multiple real-estate listings confirm units for rent/sale there — it is not a hotel.

The phone number (+1-289-446-0312) and email (contact@hotelgrandlucia.com) are tied only to this fake entity. There is no verifiable Angela Brady as Director of HR for any such hotel.

This follows the exact pattern of known fake Canadian hotel job scams (e.g., the earlier “Delucia Hotel / Delucia The Golden Palace” scam at a nearby Dundas St E address in Mississauga). Those used nearly identical offer-letter language, fake websites, “opening soon” claims, and demands for advance fees for “verification,” visa processing, background checks, or recruitment costs. Scammer, Whom are you trying to fool. Why do you want know its fake. We already talked to them and later we clearly understood that whatever they are cooking its fake.
Just search online what is the process for canada work permit for foreigners. You will understand their nonsense.
