Hospitality management in Canada

Hello all, Myself Deven from Mumbai, India.
I am 23 y/o MBA operations management graduate. Currently working as a consultant.
I am deciding to enter Canada to pursue my passion of Hotel management.
I would request you to put some light on the topic regarding the courses offered.
Whether pursuing a 2 year diploma at the age of 26 from a Canadian institute won't affect my career path right? From the job point of view as I am planning to stay permanently in Canada.
There is one institute offering Post graduate 1 year program and others are offering Diplo program, I would like some views over it, since I am a fresher in this industry, I would like your opinions.

You will not be approved for a study permit to come here for a diploma. It makes no sense for you to be taking a diploma if you already have an MBA. The diploma is a much lower level of study.

You need to be taking at least a post graduate diploma in Canada in order for the study permit to have a chance of being approved.
